「We were in apt #2 of Casa Pelayo Cleanliness: The shower hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt. We contacted management who apologized and said cleaning would come the next day. 「I have to say this place had a terrible check in process. We never received our info until one hour past check in. The front desk staff were not friendly. Our room was not clean. The bedroom and bathroom were clean but the furniture- or lack of- was filthy and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom. The neighborhood was shady. I did not feel very safe. I would not stay here again in this area. 」
