「The self check in didn't feel as welcome as a live person. While staff came in to replace used coffee pods and to take a used washcloth, the room was not vacuumed, the garbage was not emptied, and the washcloth was not replaced. We had dzero live contact with any staff. There appeared to be only one other occupied room.」

「Excellent manager at the desk, there was some small issues with amenities that we're going to be available, we made our concerns known and Kyle upgraded us to compensate for it. The world needs more kyle's!」

「They were accommodating with my late check in, and I was greeted with a clean, quiet room. It's nice that they have a coffee and juice machine in the lobby, and a bar/restaurant downstairs. The inn is a short drive away from downtown Sturgeon Bay and some excellent breakfast spots. I will be staying here again on my next visit!」

「Great resort. Loved the water views. Very clean. Bed was comfortable.. The staff was friendly. Our only complaint was it took a really long time to get hot water in the shower. Would definitely recommend this resort.」

「The view is spectacular. Unfortunately, we went in the middle of the May Fly hatch and were swarmed a bit(not the owners problem, it’s seasonal) was a great property with an outstanding view. Room was very clean and very quiet. The people were so nice and helpful. Would stay again for sure.」

「Great little motel! Friendly staff, clean rooms and very convenient parking to the front door of your room. This is a pet friendly hotel and I appreciated easy access with my dogs. The hotel provided things to do in the area and good places to eat. Highly recommend 」
