「HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

「We get there they start to put us in a room we hadn't reserved. They did get us in the right room. Maid service wasn't that great don't think they ever came in to check anything. Couch in the room was broke down. No hand soap in the bathroom.」

「Check in was easy. We didn’t have wash cloths and none were available until the next morning. No shampoo, tissue box only had 3 tissues. The floor was dirty and the refrigerator was wired to a wall switch, so we cut the switch off and it caused the refrigerator to cut of and almost ruin our medicine that has to stay refrigerated. Kids that obviously belonged to the manger were loud and playing in the hallway before 9:00 am. I had to dodge balls, kids, and riding toys in the hallway.」

「There was a patio door in our room that opened out in a grassy area. We had chairs to sit on and our dog was able to relieve herself and this motel has pickup sacks as well as a can to dispose of same readily available. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and very courteous. Very pleased!」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and room is clean and updated. Everything was excellent except the room always felt stuffy even with the air conditioner on. My 26 year old daughter said her bed was hard and she had difficulty sleeping. But I thought my bed was comfortable.」
