The property is beautiful! The check in process was very fast and easy. The staff are very friendly. The room was beautiful and extremely cozy! I didn’t bring my dog but I saw other people brought theirs. I LOVE when a hotel is pet friendly. There looked to be plenty of places to walk your dog with little baggie stations. The breakfast had plenty of options. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!!

Great location, wonderful staff! The property is a bit dated but all in all, a nice place for us to stay in Joplin! The carpet should be replaced. We were right on the freeway but the room was quiet enough for good sleep. I loved the desk set up in the room & gym.
