"My husband, two children, and I arrived expecting a relaxing all-inclusive vacation, but our experience has been extremely disappointing from the start.Our first room was unacceptable. The main door handle was broken, the air conditioning did not work, and both refrigerators were not functioning, leaving everything warm. Neither bathroom was properly stocked with toilet paper, towels, or washcloths.We reported the issues immediately. The supervisor seemed annoyed and said they would be fixed, but nothing was done after waiting a long time. My husband returned to request a new room, and we were eventually moved, but the second room was only slightly better and still far below expectations.After dealing with room issues for hours, we went to eat. Most restaurants required reservations 14 hours in advance, leaving only the buffet. The food was very poor. We then tried the sports bar, where we ordered a cheeseburger, nachos, chicken wings, and chicken tenders. The burger was undercooked, and the chicken items appeared unsafe and poorly prepared. Additionally, this resort advertises as all-inclusive, yet many drinks require extra payment with only a limited selection included. Overall, the service, food quality, and accommodations have been extremely disappointing. For the $5,000 spent, the experience does not reflect the standard expected of a resort of this type. They let people smoke cigarettes everywhere in resort including lobby with young children, nasty. Terrible ZERO STARS"
