The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making check-in and the entire stay smooth and hassle-free. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location near the main plaza makes it super convenient, but the hospitality and cleanliness are what keep me coming back. Looking forward to stay #3!」

「Called front desk to confirm I was checking in late night(10pm) and to request tower room. Female attendant told me over the phone none were available in à not so friendly attitude. Finally checked in and make attendant assisted. I mentioned if any tower rooms available. The female attendant overheard me addressing the male front desk attendant and interfere rudely in our conversation, just to say nothing was available. 「While this was a beautiful hotel with infinite pool, the French customer service is bad. House keeping keeps your room cleaned everyday. This hotel only have one restaurant so you can only eat twice breakfast with is buffet and then dinner. If you're a person who likes to stay at the hotel during vacation I recommend you find a hotel that offers more food options. However, there is food nearby you'll need a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay outside of the restaurant.」
