"Horrible - WAYYYYY under staffed - drove up from Maryland for a nice vacation with my wife, 10 month old and 3 year old - we left our house at 2am and showed up around 11am - asked for early check in? No? No problem, we get it so we hung out until 4pm like everyone else, 4pm - no room, no update 5pm - no room no update - 6pm no room no update - waived a $25 fee for my inconvenience? Cancelled our reservation. Was charged $700 - I won’t have a refund for 7-10 business days Just was a overall terrible experience, being our first time and no help or care from the staff - definitely wouldn’t recommend, this Under Staffed for the “off season” couldn’t imagine being peak season"

"It is a great central point for many adventures to be had. My neice had a blast with pool and game room when it rained. The staff was very helpful. Many patrons we met by the pool visited often and we can’t wait to return."

"I enjoyed having a room overlooking the cove, and Cape Cod is definitely more affordable in the spring rather than the summer. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. I didn't interact with the staff at all during my 4-night stay other than my initial check-in, but there was no need."

"Unfortunately, we went during the slow season. They don't open fully until May 1st. The bar wasn't open until 5pm and restaurants were not open. Pool was closed. No chairs on the deck. Everything was covered. Property was nice. Just would have been nice to have a few options."
