"The aircon was noisy. There was an unpleasant urine-like smell. You can hear the noise from the streets (we were at the second floor). Building looks old - needs major renovation. Staff was nice and generous with providing bottled water. Great location - near the Santa Monica pier and beach and to restaurants and shops. "
