"Lovely location and hotel"

"Great location, phenomenal building! We stayed in the chapel suite and it was amazing. Very good English speaking (which is a plus not a necessity) staff."

"We stayed in the top floor room which is as pictured. It was nice to have the balcony overlooking the canal, refrigerator and electric kettle. It is up 3 flights of stairs. The shower was fine though a small stall if you are a bigger person. Communication before arrival on Whatsapp was informative and responses were helpful and timely. Our room was ready when we arrived so we did not have to go the other property to store luggage. No reception onsite. It is about a 15 in walk from train station. Access to building and room was with codes. only drawback was the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise this is a lovely place to stay."

"Rooms are like staying in a palace! Right next to Water Bus stop (#1 line), so buy the day or multi-day pass to get around the city easily and see all parts of Venice and nearby islands with unlimited trips. Otherwise each water bus ride is expensive. Easy to get to hotel with luggage by water bus... water taxi not required. Also can hop on/off and walk the narrow streets."
