「Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!」

「We loved the setting and the unique zen design of the hotel. It looked vintage and yet ultra Modern at the same time with large glass windows overlooking the gorgeous mountains surrounding the property. We also loved the terrace in the back with the large chairs looking onto the view. Some of the furniture especially in the lobby, the sofas needed upholstering and weren’t comfortable to sit on same in the dining room. Also the room needed more lighting especially in the bathroom. 「We absolutely loved staying at Luis’ place! The area is quiet and the view from our room was incredible. The place is located a bit outside the city but we had dinner at a nice vegetarian cafe nearby (which was great even though we’re not vegetarians). Luis was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are modern and some of the best we have experienced in Peru. Such great value for money. The WiFi worked great as well!」
