Beautiful very clean property with very kind staff. It would be nice to have tea and coffee options in the room. Other than that, this is an outstanding place to stay with gorgeous views!!!
We loved the setting and the unique zen design of the hotel. It looked vintage and yet ultra Modern at the same time with large glass windows overlooking the gorgeous mountains surrounding the property. We also loved the terrace in the back with the large chairs looking onto the view.
Some of the furniture especially in the lobby, the sofas needed upholstering and weren’t comfortable to sit on same in the dining room. Also the room needed more lighting especially in the bathroom. We couldn’t see anything when in-front of the mirror it was so dark. In general we really enjoyed the hotel and service everyone was very nice but there are some changes needed to name it better. Refresh some of the furniture in the lobby and dining room and better lighting in the rooms especially the bathrooms.
Excellent service, beautiful view, big rooms, super nice spa all the personal were really nice. Excellent in everything
The food it’s just ok! Not wonderful but ok
This property is magnificent. We checked in very late.
We didn't have much time during the day to enjoy the property.

The staff were very attentive.
I would highly recommend staying here.
It is worth it.

Loved the friendly welcome, beautiful casitas, heavenly showers, but breakfast was abysmal and service even worse—could easily be improved.
Needs a gym
The bar had no one present when I showed up at 5:30pm
Location also to far out of the way, adds many minutes travel time both ways to activities, and road should be smoothed or paved, my head hit the ceiling of our SUV on one of many bumps
Fantastic place! Heaven on earth. The location is magical. We stayed in a casita. So nice. Lots of space. Great features. Service was impeccable. The one tiny thing that was unfortunate was: We stayed during the low season (Feburary 2020). They did some painting/staining in the dining room/kitchen area one afternoon. The next morning we went for breakfast and all the food; bread, fruit, cheese, etc, tasted like the paint/stain that we smelled the day before. It was very disappointing because it was our last day and we were so excited for the breakfast. That was the only negative. Overall the food was fantastic. Wish we could go back.
I don't think there are enough great things to say about this place that would suffice. The location has spectacular views of the Sacred Valley. The hotel is immaculately maintained with no stone left unturned. The resort lobby is beautiful decorated with cozy place to sit back and enjoy the magnificent views. The most memorable thing about this property is the staff. The are so welcoming and accommodating to ensure that your stay is a pleasant experience. I highly highly recommend this resort to anyone that is looking to stay in the Sacred Valley!
Tolles Hotel in der Näche von Urubamba auf dem Weg nach Machu Picchu. Ruhige Lage, sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer einfach hervorragend. Gutes Restaurant,
