"Hotel is a bit dated but kept reasonably clean. Dumbbells in fitness centre only go up to 30 lbs, but it’s decent in size with a few treadmills. Going business club level offers you drinks and snacks in the evening, which was perfect for me. Breakfast was decent with different hot food options each day."

"This was our first time in Mexico City, and we loved the Grand Fiesta Americana! We paid a little extra for the park view, which was totally worth it! The staff was very friendly and professional, check-in was quick, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was very convenient and walking distance to the park/castle. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"We had a great stay at Utopic in Polanco. The location was excellent, the hotel was comfortable, and the overall experience was very welcoming. A special thank you to Daniel and Ingrid, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive during our stay. They really made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I also want to recognize the security lady at the entrance. She was always kind, welcoming, and attentive whenever we came and went. Her warm attitude was a great reflection of the hospitality we experienced throughout the hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Utopic to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Polanco. We would happily come back on our next visit to Mexico City!"
