「Helpful staff. Close to many eateries」

「Polanco is the best part of Mexico City! It’s totally safe to walk around. The building is very quiet. Front desk staff are super helpful! We had the two bedroom unit, which is very spacious! The kitchen is big and convenient. Since our unit is right above the Main Street, we could hear some noise at night and early morning. In general this is a great stay! Thank you!」

「Impecable todo 」

「This was the ideal place to stay in Mexico City. The apartment was so quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive to all our needs. We went to the restaurant Toscano Polanco just down the street four times because it was so good as was the popular yogurt place next door. The neighborhood, which online was called the Beverly Hills of Mexico City, matched the billing. So safe and clean.」

「Very affordable. Friendly staff and spacious room. This hotel is located in a quite and beautiful neighborhood that's great for a morning run and has street food. My advice is to bring more clothes because it gets cold in Mexico City at night and I think AC is uncommon in most hotels here.」

「El lugar está limpio, bien cuidado con sábanas y toallas que se ven limpias y relativamente nuevas, tiene aire acondicionado en habitación y sí hay agua caliente. Se agradece que haya secadora de aire y plancha (aunque creo que aclaran que a veces hay que pedirlo con anticipación). En general tiene todo para no tener que pedir algo a los anfitriones. Muy cómodo en general, además de que la zona parece tranquila.」
