"J'ai signaler a la réception le premier jour , que la tringle du volet roulant étais caser, volet de fenêtre fermer, rien n'a étais réparer durant le séjour. Malgré les relances chaque jour. Petit déjeuner pas au niveau des autres hôtels de la chaine : Pas d'œufs brouiller , pas de réassort pendant le temps du petit déjeuner, Jus de fruit glacer ... Néanmoins, personnel accueillant. "

"We checked in at 0030 so reception was closed which was expected. The message from the hotel gave me a code to use to gain entry. At the hotel I was faced with a check in computer asking for my name and reservation number . After 20 minutes I could not find a reservation number it would accept We used the intercom to speak to someone and got the reservation number. Using this we ‘eventually ‘ got the door to open after about 5 attempts. The code sent by the hotel was infact the reservation number . A simple change in language could have assisted here . Without my message to the hotel prior to travelling this code would not have been sent or available - so despite not knowing this code was the reservation number - how are you supposed to find that out if you don’t know you need it till 0030 when you are tired and trying to check in. It was a poor check in process which even asked for around 2€ in payment and if we wanted breakfast etc . Can you imagine at 0030 if I want this - we just wanted to get to bed not be questioned A very poor system "
