「It was modest but had all it needed. I was impressed by the lady who checked me in. I'm a luxury hotelier myself. Well done! The pool was comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The complimentary access to next door indoor aquawater show park for 3 hours was very valuable. All indoor pools at the hotel and at the park were heated and comfortable for the end of October visit. Das Zimmer war großzügig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Bett war bequem ,es war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Es war sauber umd das Personal war freundlich. 「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to...

「The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space.
