I had a great stay here! The accommodation was lovely, and the location was perfect. It’s conveniently located close to the Old Town, and if you want to explore the New Town, it’s around a 15-minute walk or just a 5-minute taxi ride away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was even given a complimentary upgrade at check-in, which was such a lovely surprise! As a solo female traveller, feeling safe and comfortable is really important to me, and this accommodation exceeded my expectations. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, and the staff were attentive, looked out for me and made me feel genuinely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, especially to anyone travelling solo. Great location, lovely staff and a really positive experience overall. I would happily stay here again!

We had a terrible experience, first the building and pictures looked nothing like the hotel , very dated and musty smelling . Little geckos around and staff very condescending and rude . We had to ask for an iron and that came at a fee . The most polite man called Rodrigo or a name with R, said we could use the iron and return. We left 3 days early due to these unforeseen circumstances.

Great location, close to everything I needed. Unfortunately, the sound isolation is extremely poor, it genuinely feels like you’re sleeping outside. If you’re a light sleeper, this will be an issue.

The bedrooms are quite dated and could do with being refurbished, that said they are really clean and our stay was very pleasant. The pool area is really nice, plenty of sun lounges. Reception staff very friendly and accomidating. The bakery underneath hotel isxa must visit. I have stayed here before and will stay again
