À éviter et voici pourquoi : l’air climatisé de l’ensemble de l’établissement ne fonctionnait pas et nous n’avons pas été avisé à notre arrivée. La première nuit a été suffocante , le temps qu’on se rende compte que ça ne fonctionnait pas , nous avons ouvert complètement la porte du balcon mais l’air n’entrait pas , nous n’avons pas dormi ! Le matelas est complètement fini , les meubles et accessoires vétustes ! Quand j’ai avisé la réception le lendemain matin , ils m’ont dit que c’est un problème pour tout le bâtiment et ils nous ont offert un ventilateur , ce qui est loin de notre critère de sélection d’une chambre avec air climatisé, ce pour quoi nous avions payé!

Between the all-day jackhammering onroadwork outside, the intermittant power outages, or the fact they tried to give us a room below what i had paid for, I would not recommend this as a place to stay at this time.

The hotel was located close to old town which was convenient. The building and rooms require updating. Air con didn’t work, you can also see they were trying to cover up damp within the room. Construction was taking place outside which could at times be very loud. View of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was ok but the same option was given every day. Upon arrival reception staff was very miserable and we didn’t feel welcomed by staff overall. Not sure whether I would stay there again. They do have some eye catching and amazing pieces of furniture around the hotel

The location and view from the property were amazing but we eventually had to leave the property because the entire building did not have air conditioning and we were not informed during our check in. This caused an inconvenience which we had to find another hotel in the area that could had 4 rooms available since we were traveling with a large group. However it is important to note that the gentleman at the front desk, George did everything possible to ensure we received a full refund. He was clearly embarrassed for the situation beyond his control

If you like the sound of construction all day, absolutely no air conditioning (false promises that “today it will be fixed, promise!”, and enjoy finding cockroaches along every path, even in the building, and not to mention, constant doors slamming in the halls, sleepless nights, and lastly the constant stench of moisture and mold - then this is the place for you!

We had no air conditioning and the fridge didn’t work. We asked for a double bed and was given two single beds. We complained about not having air conditioning and was given a fan. The fan was very noisy, it sounded like a washing machine all day and night. Was not offered any upgrade or apology for the inconvenience. Was not even asked how was our stay was. Seemed bothered by me telling him my complaints at the end.

The AC didn't work in our room. We could change the room for the second night but the first night wasn't really terrible, could not sleep because it was so hot and the bad was super noisy when you moved. We asked for late check out in reception but get a straight no. The person in the reception didn't even askt for our room number to check if it's possible. The whole hotel is pretty old and needs some renovation. The pool was cleaned one day to 10.15am and it wasn't possible to use it even if it supposed to be open from 9.00am

Vista incantevole.Meriterebbe una ristrutturazione

L'hotel è in una zona dove si riesce a parcheggiare abbastanza facilmente una vettura. Al momento del check-in abbiamo avuto la piacevolissima sorpresa di un upgrade gratuito a una executive suite. Questa suite era di dimensioni notevoli, con un grande terrazzo dalla vista spettacolare sul mare e la città di Albufeira. Anche il bagno era molto grande e aveva vasca, doccia e bidet! La colazione era eccellente per qualità, varietà e quantità sia nel dolce che nel salato; un po' rivedibile la disposizione dei cibi, in sale diverse e non ben raggiungibili. Fin qui i punti di forza, ma alcuni piccoli difetti li vorrei evidenziare. 1) La suite risente del peso degli anni sia come struttura (pavimento in parquet totalmente sconnesso, con le liste di legno che si spostavano liberamente, arredi "della nonna" romantici ma non si aprivano e chiudevano bene i cassetti e gli armadi, accessori del bagno ossidati) che come funzionalità degli impianti (poche prese elettriche vicino al letto e mal posizionate per connettere i caricabatteria ormai essenziali) 2) Un piccolo split era assolutamente insufficiente per un ambiente così grande, per avere una temperatura accettabile doveva funzionare al massimo tutto il giorno (e all'esterno non faceva neanche tanto caldo) 3) Le capsule di caffè/the fornite non vengono rimpiazzate se utilizzate, e le tazze non vengono lavate. Peccato, meriterebbe una bella ristrutturazione
