"So the staff are not on one accord wanna tell you you have to request housekeeping the second one will tell you they only do housekeeping every seven days they don’t knock on the door and ask you do you need anything? They say they put you on the list to get it, clean to get your housekeeping, I was there for 17 days and only God two housekeeping services that basically had the threat a bad review and that’s how I got that they don’t have brooms in the rules back, so I don’t know how you gonna only clean once every seven days and then when it’s time for you to check out, they want you out immediately so they can do housekeeping and cleaning if the room is nice yes but is it dirt and Phil all in the corners the walls and tallest not working and just not a clean environment to say at least and then being lied to saying you’re on the list and you ask the housekeeper as they not coming to do the housekeeping that you’re not on the list and to call them 510 times and just never get housekeeping 17 days and two days practically big for like a week for though those two days to get the housekeeping is ridiculous to me and how they kick you out and want you out so fast so housekeeper can get up in there and do their job but they’re not doing it as long as you’re there if an a policy and online it says housekeeping request, but that’s not true then get on the list and axel housekeeping they don’t come that’s not amenity that they believe and they just want to get you some sheets "

"We have stayed here multiple times as it is close to family members that live in Wisconsin and convenient for us. Our experience has always been very positive, the only thing I could really say is that the property needs a little uplift. We stayed in room 111. And there were multiple spots on the walls that had been touched up with a penny that did not match. I had brought my computer with me and was doing work in the room over the days we stayed there and the Office chair was in very poor condition. I actually let the front desk know they should throw it away after we finished our stay. I would stay here again with no concerns. It’s conveniently located and is a nice place."
