The walls are extremely thin: you can hear neighbors, doors, and conversations as if there were no walls at all. The bathroom lacks privacy, and the plumbing and water heater are very noisy — using the toilet at night will likely wake everyone up. "Très bon séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé en plein centre de Verone ce qui était très pratique avec les enfants. La literie était confortable tout comme le canapé relativement récent et très large. La vue sur la place Erbe était magnifique. Il y a la clim dans l'appartement mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Pour les bémols, je dirai qu'il y a quelques marches à monter avant d'accéder à l'appartement, en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'un dernier étage à monter après le 4eme étage accessible...

"The location of this hotel was great! Well equipped, modern apartments with good amenities. A lack of dining options and poor breakfast for the price paid is what the resort lacks. Wine tasting was also unavailable. I can anticipate this to be a great place in high season, but lack of facilities during low season make this an expensive stay without the required luxury."

Patio was a nice additional to the Ninfee room but we couldn't sit out the majority of the time due to the rain which was seeping through the cover and then wetting the area below. Margherita was very helpful and attentive when we needed anything so cannot fault this. Just for noting the Ninfee room is quite small so there is not much room for luggage or when on the toilet!
