「Hard to turn around 」

「Had overnight stay at this property. Very clean and friendly staff. Not far from Burnet downtown which was nice to visit.」

「It's a bad experience, I'm a businessman who stays in hotels a lot, and they call you out early, even if it's not the check-out time, the pillows are hard, even though there are four of them, none of them can sleep, they put the coffee machine in the toilet room.」

「This hotel location and amenities is amazing. Probably the nicest La Quinta we’ve stayed at. Beautiful views with a balcony to enjoy coffee. Kids had a blast at the pool. My only complaint is that the downstairs lobby smells like animals. This location allows pets and you know that as soon as you walk in. Outside of that, this hotel is perfect!」

「I didn't use the booking at the country inn in Lampasas, TX. My father was very ill, so didn't need the room. My father passed away Saturday early morning and I had canceled and had asked for my money back of $97.75, and y'all had no heart, flat told me NO REFUNDS」
