In contrast, the lady at the reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast team was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service.」

It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference. I tried switching to "cool" which did make it less frigid, but it also weirdly made the room feel more humid. We were never able to get it adjusted to a comfortable setting. 「Our stay overall was enjoyable, the bed was comfortable, the pool refreshing. The hotel maintenance could be improved - the door kick plates were worn and scuffed, the room smelled musty, the wired in blow-dryer did not work and the front desk had no portable to use. The breakfast was a good value and had good selection of hot and cold items. Despite the property being older, I would recommend to others.」
