「The room was very nice, I had no problems in that area. However, it was obvious that the tub had been patched for leaks around the edges multiple times and the shower head was leaking and was not adjustable as one would have expected. It may be the case where you just have to shut that room down and have the tub professionally repaired so that guests would not get the feelings that they were tossed into one of your less optimal rooms. I personally got the feeling I was given a lower standard...

「All in all it was a great place. The wash and dryer could’ve been better. Unfortunately the wash wasn’t all that great because the water had a odor and the dryers didn’t dry as good as they should spent almost 2 to 3 hours drying your clothes unfortunately they need to do better or either get better machines service was good. Food was OK. Breakfast is OK housekeeping was OK was good. I would truly say I would stay here again. 」

「Staff was excellent! A special thank you to Ms. Moe who was exceptional in handling a difficult situation when room keys no longer worked because of a nearby accident knocked out the system. Everyone, from the breakfast room staff and housekeeping personnel to the front desk staff, were outstanding. It felt more like being at home, rather than at a hotel. Loved the personal feeling!」
