"Too crowded with guest, insufficient stuff to handle check in & check out. we waited for an hour for them to bring our luggage to the room, when we called the reception, they said they have delivered allready. (we were in the room all the time and didnt' receive the luggages) After 15mins more, the luggages finally arrive our room..... "
