Not a luxury experience but comfortable

The hand shower was broken when we checked in for a 10 nights stay. The room should have been inspected for that (we arrived at midnight so the hotel had plenty of time to inspect the room). We did not get an upgrade, considering we were staying there for 10 nights and dining at the hotel restaurants every evening, it’s really not what we expect from a luxury level customer care experience.

Best place for family trip.

This my 3rd time visit and I was always satisfied with staying this resort. The staff was friendly and supported whenever we needed. Beach and swimming pool, breakfast. Every facilities was perfect for family trip.
