「Check-in was poor. Took 30 mins of waiting as they don't allow for check-in before 3pm, but only had 1 person checking people in. The tap in the bathroom sink make any sense - the water can't make it into the sink unless you switch it on full blast」

「Very bad service and breadfast are cold. We stay for 4 nights and each time we have to demand for room cleaning. 」

「Too expensive to extend the room check out time 」

「Actually, I only stayed for one night, but the feeling was just okay. The lobby has kept my luggage in the lobby for a long time until I went downstairs and took it back by myself after few unanswered phone calls being made. Meanwhile, the TV channels are not enough without many choices. The washroom was small if compared to other five stars hotel. If you ask me whether I will stay there again, I won't. Overall, only a 3.5 stars hotel!」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at OZO Medini! The hotel is quite new, and everything felt fresh, clean, and very well maintained. The room was extremely clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable — we had a great night’s rest. I was especially impressed with how spotlessly clean the bathroom was. Everything was neat and well taken care of. Check-in and check-out were also smooth, quick, and seamless, which made the whole experience even more...

「酒店内部非常新。很舒服。」

「Need to upkeep. Condition is so so.」
