「Location is fantastic. Close to wharf and the main area. Only issue is next to the mainroad where the buses can be noisy but not that big an issue」

「Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy」

「Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. 」

「Room recently renovated so all new amenities in our apartment. Location is excellent , close to beach, surf club and shopping strip. Just a small downfall was traffic noise during the night. There are road works happening at the moment.」

「Brand new hotel with a nice ambience. However not a fan of open plan hotel room as in no door or wall for the bathroom. The shower cubicle and the toilet cubicle each have a frosted glass door but that’s all. The “wardrobe” is open area hanging rack. The roof top pool is nice but woefully small area for the size of the hotel. Bar area on level 12 is really nice. Watermelon and goats cheese salad is excellent.」

「Stunning ocean front views and large apartment. Great location. The only downside was the carpets had marks throughout and was in need of shampooing and there were clumps of black hair all through the carpets and bathrooms and supplied items were missing.」
