「Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy」

「Room recently renovated so all new amenities in our apartment. Location is excellent , close to beach, surf club and shopping strip. Just a small downfall was traffic noise during the night. There are road works happening at the moment.」

「Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time.」

「Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. 」

「This hotel is very close to the beach and has a good sea view from the room and the balcony. The staff are very nice and friendly. It also offers a free car park.」

「Excellent view and location. Overall, my wife and I are very happy during our stay. However the wifi of my room is not working and the bed is too soft for me.」

「I have to be honest and say I would never stay at this property again. The cleanliness of the property was very average. We had to ask for another blanket because there was only a light, very small blanket on the bed and it was quite cold. The manager eventually brought us another one and it had disgusting stains over it. I had to wash it before putting it on the bed. A lot of things didn’t work in the property and it was just old and tired.」
