「Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy」

「This was a quick stopover for us to get from one place to close to our next destination. Unfortunately with our timing we arrived after dark and didn't get to enjoy the views out back, but it from the pics it looked like a cute marina. It was great having a bar and restaurant out the back, and the food was delicious (staff was also wonderful). Parking was easy and close.」

「The location was great close to the beach and surf club The property was dated but it had its own charm the only bad thing was The carpet and tiles were really dirty our feet were black from walking on the carpet. We also had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days they offered more at a cost so we bought our own. Other than that it was convenient and not very expensive for the location」

「Lovely hotel; however, it was anything but quiet. The local pub down the street kicked on until 2-3am, and the window glazing is paper-thin (Ocean Suite). So much for the advertised 'soundproof room'. Amenities and location were great, but I would not recommend it for a good night's sleep.」
