I stayed on level 4, room with balcony. Location is good, central and close to public transport, city centre and a lot of tourist attractions.
Beware - The place has a lift… after you’ve climbed 3 long flights of stairs, so beware if your suitcase is heavy. Also their wifi is the worst I have ever experience, signal has 1-2 bars and constantly disconnects and drops out. Can barely use my own data as the building has poor signal.
Room - very spacious with a balcony looking out to the beautiful buildings of Budapest.
Bathroom - cramped but enough for 1 person, I am 50kg and 5’1 and the shower was squashy.
Bed - large, comfortable. Pillows had very high profile, not my preference as it hurts my neck, so I ended up using my own travel pillow.
Amenities
- reception is 24-7 which is great.
- laundry is in house for 4000f between 8-8pm and they do it for you, basically reception just puts it in the wash, then the dryer and takes it out. My load was not properly checked if it dried and some items were still damp.
- bike hire available in house
- coffee pod machine and tea available in room, they also gave me a half bottle of sparkling wine on check in with some chocolates. This was nice, sadly I don’t drink though.
