「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「This was our first time at a non-chain, so I was nervous. We arrived though, and I was put at ease. The property was beautiful. The decor was on-point. The staff was amazing and engaging. Breakfast was more than I expected it to be - it was a hot/cold continental breakfast. It was on the outskirts of the busy, so quiet enough at night, but walkable to everything we wanted to see!
