「The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia. 」

「O apartamento é uma graça! Bem decorado, com camas confortáveis, limpo, com dois banheiros e com tudo que precisávamos para passarmos agradáveis dias na Filadélfia. Uma boa vantagem também é por ter garagem, pois a grande maioria não tem. O apartamento fica em uma região que tem tudo perto: mercados, farmácias, lojas, tudo de fácil acesso tanto a pé quanto de carro. Super recomendo! 」

「This space looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and parking was very easy. The area is safe and walkable. Only tip is to bring your own washcloth. They only stock hand and body towls.」

「Nice play to stay! Parking was available on the street right out front, my suite was comfortable and clean, and I was the person helping me online was very attentive and kind. 」

「Fabulous stay at The Touraine. Such lovely staff and the room was huge and very comfortably furnished with all the necessary amenities. Bed in 107 was a bit hard for my taste but overall highly recommend!」

「Amazing location! Lots to do, busy streets! The biggest problem was finding parking, be ready to walk or pay 30-40 for overnight parking. We got lucky a couple of times finding street parking close to our stay. Our host was prompt communicating with issues, toilet wasn’t working when we first got there but was fixed promptly. Thank you! 」

「I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. 」

「Kind property manager 」

「Awesome spot near a ton of fun shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicely decorated! Be aware there is no elevator. Fan and art in bathroom was quite dusty but overall the unit was clean. Bed super comfy! The door to the building didn’t latch/lock unless you pulled it shut so it would be good to tell all guests to make sure to do so. Bedroom is in back of building and was remarkably quiet! The door to the shared deck was unlocked when I checked in so be sure to check.」
