「We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. 「The rooms are fine. There’s an old cigarette or Tobacco use smell, maybe from nicotine lingering from back in the days. But all in all it was a very comfortable stay 」

「Bright, fresh property w good parking. Excellent welcome on (early) check in. A bit far from downtown core to walk. For aome reason on a Saturday bar was never open. Big rooms well appointed. Pool and hot tub both good.」

「Excellent economical motel. Exceptionally clean, a bit sparse on amenities, but had mini-fridge & microwave. A what appeared to be a recent renovation. I definitely will book again my next trip to the area.」

「This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed 」

「Our stay was fantastic. Clean, nice rooms. Big nice TV. Free water which is always appreciated. Only complaint was one of the rooms smelled of cigarettes. They did offer to move our room. Great service. 」
