「Convient easy access」

「Really loved how accommodating the property and staff were, we were passing through for a shooting competition so didn’t get to fully enjoy all the amenities but the staff went out of their way to provide us with an excellent experience regardless. Also really loved the intentionality with the restaurant. The kids menu was not just some cheap chicken nuggets it was well thought and just as luxurious as the adult’s meal. 「Stayed for 2 nights. Checked in and given a room on 2nd floor. AC unit was extremely loud by late night. After reporting to front desk staff the next day they immediately moved us to 4th floor. No issues that night. The staff was VERY friendly and responsive. Great customer service especially since the hotel had only been open couple of months. Would definitely recommend staying here!」

「When we arrived and checked in our room it was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned ! Bed slept in with blood on pillows! Dirt towels everywhere , trash and cash laying on dirty bed ! We checked in at 12:15am after a 6 hour drive no other vacancies in the town or at hotel we were staying . Manger or staff on site over housekeeping walked out the door stating he couldn’t do anything about it because he was off the clock. Our only option to have a place to sleep was to clean our own dirty room !!!!...

「This property is clean and well maintained. We arrived later in the evening, but check-in was quick. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, the only hot items were waffles and coffee. But the other food items made the breakfast sufficient. I asked for one thing to be replenished at breakfast and the staff retrieved it in just a few minutes. Great place to stay, especially for the price.」
