「Breakfast was ok. Our stay overlapped a large group of students who were very noisy and had no regard for other guests, but that was not the hotel's fault. I feel that the handicapped shower in our room was still a bit dangerous as the floor tiles were extremely slippery. My mother was very worried about her older sister slipping, so we put down plenty of towels outside of the shower. Perhaps they can add a nonslip mat in the bathroom in addition to the safety rails.」

I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.」
