「Checking in after hours is a bit complicated. Pool needs a better filtration system as the water has a bit of an oily film and lots of floating things in the water. Walls are thin in the hotel rooms and anyone conversing outside can be heard inside. Other than that, when we did interact with the staff they were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. We did enjoy our visit」

「I’m not sure why this isn’t rated as a 5-star resort. We actually booked it the same night we checked out of another hotel that was dirty, outdated, and nothing like the photos (North Beach Resort…I’d recommend staying elsewhere). Thankfully, we found an incredible one-bedroom oceanfront suite here with a full kitchen, a pull-out couch, and a Murphy bed in the living area, giving the kids plenty of space while letting us enjoy our own room. 「For starters the room was pretty neat and clean and the balcony was nice too. The breakfast was amazing it had very good flavor and I liked how there was a lot to pick from. One problem that the hotel had was the public bathrooms one of the sinks weren’t working nor one of the soap dispenser. But besides that the bathroom was very clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Will come back again」
