「I booked for King bed but they gave me two queen bed. When i asked front desk they said they cannot do anything. I was walking around the premises in late evening, some cop detained me suspecting someone else and despite knowing I’m staying in the hotel, they didn’t intervene. When cops let me go because they couldn’t associate me to whatever investigation they were doing, i approached front desk and the guy said sorry. This is very embarrassing and first time ever experience for me.」

「The place is okay for staying, especially for families, but the bathrooms did not feel very professional or well-maintained. The breakfast could also be much better. I waited a long time for my refundable security deposit, and I still have not received it, which was disappointing. Parking is good, but the outdoor stairway areas were not very clean. Overall, the stay was okay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.」

「Stayed 5 nights. Only 2 nights I was able to sleep through the night. Night 1, woman yelling in hallway and her kids were running and screaming at 2:30am. Night 2, neighbors and kids were in the hallway talking loud and digging through bags with Styrofoam boxes in them. Night 4, neighbor was in and out of their room ALL NIGHT, they had the latch flipped to prop door open and the door shut hard causing it to bounce off the latch eache time they came in and out. The also had their music on phone...

「Reasonably priced, quiet room with inside entry doors. Just the basics and nothing fancy for a quick overnight stay. They had breakfast in the morning but I went to a local restaurant to meet friends. It's in a decent area with other hotels and lots of nearby shopping and places to eat.」

「Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed」

「Convenient area. Friendly quick check in & out No decaf coffee available Bathroom sink electrical outlet sockets stripped & could not use Starting at 5a.m. The phone would ring/ nobody there, then it rang at 6 & 7 then every 10 min until we took it off hook.」

「This place is a wreck. They gave us a couple different rooms and each was worse than the last. I don’t know how it could have been worse. No blankets available, rooms in such disrepair and unsafe conditions we couldn’t stay.」

「The staff was very rude to me and my children. I asked the front desk for two paper bowls and they told me that the breakfast area was closed and that they were not wasting their time going to get me any bowl because they were really busy. They told me that I was being rude for asking and that I was disturbing them I told her she was being rude and that I would come back for a refund on my room and she told me yeah right.」
