「If I could leave this place 0 stars I would ! These reviews don’t lie , these people seem to hate their job, so rude and condescending, has you questioning why they would be in hospitality if they hate it this much ? Seriously do not bother with this place ! The electricity went out not once but twice on our first night here , we called the “emergency “ number and the cranky old man hung up on us ? And did not even bother to listen to us telling him the electricity had gone out, if we had gotten...

「Everything was perfect! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment we contacted him. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! We will definitely save this place for our future trips and hope to come back again. Highly recommended!」

「I am very satisfied with my stay at Tigli. To begin with, the host was extremely accommodating and provided great assistance as a first timer to Lake Como. The house is not modern but the look and feel created a great “back in time” experience that I did not expect. 👌I went to this property specifically for the view of Como and it was out of this world. I was not disappointed. The property is situated in a good location; close to restaurants, a supermarket and the funicular( their mode of...

「Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city.」
