「The hotel generally and our room specifically were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered us some solid restaurant recommendations, which was nice because there are so many options! The bar in the hotel was a nice, quiet place to end the day in a town that can be rather full of people. The breakfast room is in a lovely room downstairs and the food was all delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Bruges. 」

「During our stay in Bruges, we felt very comfortable at Isabelle's place. She personally welcomed us and gave us tips for our stay. Besides the cozy and unique decor, we especially loved the lounge where we could have breakfast. A refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave were available for everyone to use. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.」
