"The rooms were spotless, and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool. However, the staff was incredibly unhelpful. They made a serious mistake by confusing my son’s and mine’s reservations. To make matters worse, the coffee at the in-house Starbucks didn’t taste like coffee at all. And as if that wasn’t enough, there was an unexpected $10 daily charge for parking outside without valet service."

"they took every amenities and even our snacks and water while we left the room, I don't think they were trying to clean the room because they said there is no room cleaning for the two days stay But anyway our private belongings are gone After we came back. Also one of the staff who has tattoo, she was extremely unkind, we ask her for a new towels but she didn't care about our notes at all, there was no any towel after we came back to hotel I wish I could give zero star for this hotel"

"Although there weren’t too many options at breakfast, it was very basic but okay. What’s more important to us is the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived I thought, oh no maybe not a good decision to book here, but we were definitely wrong. The outside is kind of dated but the inside was very, very clean, and for that reason alone, we booked our next stay here again."

"This hotel has horrible service. We came after 3pm which is their check-in time but we still had to wait an hour to get a room. The lobby was cluttered with boxes and equipment giving the lobby a really unprofessional look. None of the ice machines in the entire hotel were working. Also you can here everyone around you like they are in your room and there is doors connecting to the room behind you with are extremely thin. The wifi was horrible and half way unusable through out the whole 2 day stay. Over all the service was bad half of the hotel is not working. This was the worst experience I had staying at a hotel. I have been to better cheap motels with roaches in them compared to what this hotel has to offer."

"I had stayed at this hotel several times over the past few months because of its convenient location and generally calm atmosphere. While the breakfast options are limited to basics like yogurt, coffee, and bread, that was never an issue for me since there is an IHOP right next door. I had previously felt comfortable staying here and had not had any major concerns. During my most recent stay, I found a live cockroach in my child’s snack container in the room and immediately reported it to management. The incident was acknowledged by the property, but what was most disappointing was how it was handled afterward. I was initially told I would receive a 50% adjustment, but the follow-up written communication changed this to a 15% discount toward a future stay instead. Expedia later confirmed that the property acknowledged the incident but declined a refund. This was especially disappointing because I would have considered staying here again if the situation had been handled differently. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning, particularly when it comes to keeping food in the room for my children. The location is convenient, but this experience significantly changed my trust in the property."
