「Lovely place, amazing, very tasty food with huge portions 」

「Clean room, easy parking with friendly and professional staff. Warm welcome with a lovely Tavern for a drink, limited menu for dinner but very tasty simple food. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent, good selection of cooked and continental breakfast items. We were a couple and enjoyed the knights sword fighting, brilliant performances. For families with young children there was a small park, story telling with Zog and Knights interacting throughout dinner.」

I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again 」

「The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with great views, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about what guests expect and they deliver with ease, the rooms are unique and comfortable which complement the amazing views The car park is ample and safe for hotel guests and for restaurant diners our continental breakfast was great and accompanied by a barista coffee, well worth the visit and looking forward to visiting again 」

「The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage. 「Room directly facing rubbish collection point, so flies flew in via the opened window. We immediately asked for another room, and the staff took actions promptly. But this room seemed to be vacant for some time, as it was quite dusty.」

「The staff were lovely especially the young man who checked us in and explained everything we needed. The food was fantastic we ate at the pub that night and stayed bed and breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic .」

「Staff have been cut to a minimum so often had to wait at reception for ages. The receptionist also seemed to be running the bar! The room was a great size (executive room) bit things were falling apart or not working. Tried a meal on Friday night but the (microwaved) fish and chips was uncooked inside. Got a refund and left. Plenty of potential but needs refurbishing and more staff. Also confusing: is this Ramada or Riverside?」

「The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. 」
