「We were placed in a conference style room. Bed was not a king size..... Truly not a king size! Room had NO MICROWAVE. We bought food from home so we did not have to visit expensive restraunts or go out, guess what because we were stuffed in a conference rm with we had no microwave. We will never stay there again.」

「Staff was very nice and bed was comfortable」

「If you are planning on staying here for an event at the Spectrum Center, be aware that they may overbook. I arrived two hours after my room should have been ready and still had to wait. I was moved into a different room type as well since they had overbooked.」

「good」

「The room was clean and the sheets were fresh. I slept like a baby. Thank you!」

「It was a great location」

「Very run down property! Doors getting into lobby didn’t work to start and no signs so people just stuck in rotating door! Under staffed at check in so took over 20 minutes and then our room…the inside door to room was torn up and looked like someone tried to bust through and broke in? A little concerning. Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,...

「Stay was great! Upon returning home I did notice a false charge to my card but I called and had it taken care of immediately.」

「不要對早餐有所期待 房間隔音不太好 但至少睡眠期間沒什麼太大的噪音」

「環境很好，飯店溫馨乾淨，唯機場接泊需先電話告知，卻未註明，應明確標示。」

「My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had to do a Zoom meeting from my room and the lighting was poor. It needed I floor lamp next to the desk. The desk had a lamp but did not work well. There was no pen or small notepad. To reach the microwave I had to kneel to see the buttons to turn on. Overall it was a good and quiet stay.」

「It is fine, but I don’t think it is a 3 stars hotel」
