Stayed at the W Brisbane recently and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. The service was unreal—staff were incredibly friendly, switched-on, and always attentive without being over the top. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.The room itself was amazing—beautifully designed, super comfortable, and had everything you could want. Getting a complimentary upgrade was an unexpected bonus that just topped it all off. Everything about the stay felt high-end but still relaxed, which is rare to pull off. Definitely worth the trip, and I’ll 100% be staying there again next time I’m in Brisbane.

A perfect location for a Brisbane stay, walking distance to the QPAC and Museum, as well as the CBD and Suncorp Stadium. Provided a relaxing and restful stay, would recommend.
