The staff were fantasic, nothing was cant do. The welcoming we recived was somthing other motels could learn from, as soon you walk in the front door you are meet with exstremly clean foyer area which is the start of the whole experince of what to expect your stay is going to be. We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Quest apartments in Springfield central. Our room was clean & well equipped with the essentials. The room was quiet & very comfy. The location was great to visit a friend a short walk away. Also walkable to the Balistic Brewery. And very close for anyone wanting to visit the Mater Hospital.

The staff are amazing, very polite and knowledgeable. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I found the bed to be very hard and not at all comfortable. A better range of pillows would also be very helpful. The hotel is very well situated and I will no doubt stay there again when I next visit family. Hopefully next I might be able to have a softer mattress. I do suffer from joint pain and the hard mattress certainly didn't agree with me. Regards John Youd

Property and facilities itself fantastic, beautiful 1 bedroom setup with huge spaces. Has everything we needed. Wish there was a restaurant offering food service in the hotel other than that was a wonderful and clean hotel/apartments.

Very quiet and relaxing location. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a kitchen and especially a washer and dryer, wonderful when traveling. Good coffee available in lobby, would stay again. Walking distance to a micro brewery with good food.
