On the hold it was very adequate for My one night stay. Bec the receptionist was fantastic. Maybe a paint job in the room would make it look more presentable. My bed was comfortable. The bed side lights were not working properly. A tea towel would have been helpful and more milk or maybe a little bottle. Very limited choice for tea. I loved the secure parking. On the whole I thought it was good value for money & would stay again. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and when I did have a complaint about the TV it was resolved immediately (and it was my mistake not theirs). It was a short walk to the shops and most importantly for me close to the hospital (Princess Alexandra Hospital).

Was able to access property after office hours and checkout early hours without a problem. Ironing board was broken but managed to use with some mcgivoring. Handy position close to restaurants walkable or a cheap fare by vehicle.
