「Quiet room despite it being a dorm room w 12 beds」

「飯店舊又髒，櫃台人員完全無法提供任何協助，只會說不知道。住宿時以現金支付住房費，但忘記要求收據，飯店也沒有主動給收據，回來之後發現信用卡上再次收了住房費，損失美金180元。透過Hotel.com交涉，只回答不知道....絕對不會再入住。」

「Always a great time! However, this was the first time that we could not use the outdoor hot tub as it was full of people with children; it was 8:30 pm- children are not supposed to be in there past 6 pm. Don’t get me wrong, we have children and we choose to have a break from children when we go to the lodge. 」

「Super relaxing and in the middle of the forest…. Parking was annoying, as I had to park the furthest away from my room as possible when I had a hot tune suite on the 1st floor. Our room only had 2 towels in it, for a 4 person reservation in a suite with a private hot tub on the balcony, and when I called the front desk for more towels inwas told I could walk up to registeration desk for more towels, or wait until the morning when the house keeps arrived at 10am. 「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」
