「Very nice stay」

「For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

「The only slight complaint was the lady that set up the breakfast seemed like she either had an attitude or just weird at trying to be funny! ???」

「Outside and lobby area are nice, however, the rooms are very outdated, smelled damp almost like mildew. Carpet needs to be shampooed. Love that there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel, which was very convenient. There was only 1 waitress though who also served as the bartender. Some nights she needed help. The food we had was good, the drinks, not so much. We ended up just getting beer and wine. Staff were helpful when needed, just wish the rooms were more modernized.」

「While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable.」

「Convenient location just off I-270 and Broad Street. Multiple fast food options nearby. Hotel was well maintained. Breakfast options were good. The suite was a nice touch with 2 full beds and an easy to pull out sofa (which my adult son used).」

「It was handy for us to have a nice selection of microwaveable foods- one of our sons was hungry and it was too late to go out and find food. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. I’d love fresh fruit or salsa but otherwise had a varied selection.」
