「After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

「I liked the location being across State Street from the Ohio State House where I needed to be. There is an open, old bag of ice in the freezer of the refrigerator in the room that should be removed and the freezer cleaned. To do so will require thawing the freezer but it's unsightly.」

「Okay, this is not an upscale hotel. However, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I needed an airport shuttle in the morning and was so grateful that the front desk clerk left exactly on time. He gave a courtesy call to the late shuttle passengers and when they still didn't show up, he left. I can't really speak to the other amenities because I was there for a very short time (6 hours). I'd do it again - it was cheap and has a free shuttle. 」

「The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay.」

「Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. 」

「Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car」

「Entire hotel under renovation. Lobby has nothing in it- active construction site. No breakfast offered because of this. No pool. Had reservation cancelled twice due to over bookings from third party Expedia. Was put into a room where the headboard had fallen off the wall, the bathroom had mold, the shower head sprayed water out of the side all over the wall, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the fan in the bathroom hanging out of the ceiling, and the best part…NO Toilet Seat. After...

「There was some spider webs in the bathroom and a few open holes that critters could come through. Room was clean, didn't like the noise from the highway as my room was on the backside facing it.」

「Staff wanted us to check the room to see if still occupied bc they didnt know...Tv but no remote. Bathroom light didn't work. 」

「There was coffee but no coffee maker. There was a part of the ceiling that was peeling from what looked like an old leak near the bathroom. The couch was very small and uncomfortable so there were no good seating areas that were comfortable besides the table which only had 4 chairs. Then the bathroom shower was absolutely tiny. The shower was so small it was almost impossible to shave your legs. The beds were comfortable but one of the sheets had a stain on them. The location is nice.」
