Mary our host, was nothing short of accomodating with everything, from communication on our arrival as well as the room, to restaurant recommendations, and helping us with organising a taxi when we were running late and needed to get to the Train Terminal. He is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable (and makes a great cappuccino). The staff in general are all great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is in a great location. If you like to walk, you can get to many of the key attractions of Rome. The furthest we walked is to Vatican...
