They don't care much about their guests. They will offer you multiple services, like transfers to the port and airport (they advertise this in their front desk). We asked about the port transportation service, and Davide convinced us that booking with them was the easiest and less expensive way to get to the port, and that we can pay with credit card or cash. We were a party of 9. Next day, the transportation arrived late, risking our cruise boarding time. Then, when we arrived at the port, the driver forced us to pay in cash, saying he wont take any credit cards and that if we dont get the cash, he wont let us get our luggage. Obviously, they did this because we were going to contact our credit card to get a charge back on the really late service (they never offered to make a discount or adjustment for the poor service). We had to talk to port security. To get rid of this scammers, I withdrew the cash from an atm (paying like a 25% fee). I contacted Divina Hotel, who offered us the service and book it, and they did nothing. Expedia contacted them and they claimed that the service was booked with a third party; thats a lie. They are constantly offering this services to their guests. They have a sign in the front desk for advertising. Beware of this scammers. They will provide a poor services and nobody will do anything for you.
