「The room was beautiful, in a great location for us, close to some amazing restaurants and good shopping. We felt safe and secure. Mary our host, was nothing short of accomodating with everything, from communication on our arrival as well as the room, to restaurant recommendations, and helping us with organising a taxi when we were running late and needed to get to the Train Terminal. Thank you Mary!!! You made our last night in Rome easy and much more stress free than it could’ve been. 」

「The room was quiet and very comfortable with just the right amenities for a stay in Rome. The breakfast is by far the best buffet in a hotel we have ever had! Roel, the breakfast host, is great! 「This place was wonderful since owner was very available and gave GREAT instructions on checking in including a video! Cool old fashioned but very quiet elevator if needed. We tried it once for fun but only one flight of stairs. In common area there’s a great espresso machine and tea and sugar available. Also clean extra dishes and utensils were available. Nice towels, and great restaurant just across the street! Close for walking to things we wanted to see and do.」

「因为停车非常非常非常不方便，所以我们没有车；因为没有车，退房前一天让酒店工作人员帮忙约了第二天的出租车；因为意大利人不靠谱，定在早9点的出租车到了9点45还没来。因为出租没来，我们在酒店外苦苦等待；因为等的时间太久，我的相机包在7、8个人的眼皮子底下被人偷了；因为追小偷，我的脚骨折了。没找这家酒店索赔，就算是表示我大国子民的胸襟吧。」
