「I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. The hosts went above and beyond for us. We arrived in Rome early, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were able to leave our luggage with them, and they provided a map with detailed information that we needed for our day of sightseeing and also refreshments, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. 「The room was beautiful, in a great location for us, close to some amazing restaurants and good shopping. We felt safe and secure. Mary our host, was nothing short of accomodating with everything, from communication on our arrival as well as the room, to restaurant recommendations, and helping us with organising a taxi when we were running late and needed to get to the Train Terminal. 「The room was quiet and very comfortable with just the right amenities for a stay in Rome. The breakfast is by far the best buffet in a hotel we have ever had! Roel, the breakfast host, is great! He is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable (and makes a great cappuccino). The staff in general are all great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is in a great location.
